The Department of History at Old Dominion University offers the Bachelor of Arts degree in History, as well as the Bachelor of Arts degree in History that includes licensure to teach social studies on the secondary level, as well as offering a Master of Arts degree. Courses specializing in United States, European, African, Asian, Latin American, Russian, and Middle Eastern history are offered.
