Biographical or Historical Information
Marvin Lee was born on July 26th, 1921. He was a graduate of Randolph Macon College and shortly thereafter he joined the United States Navy, where he rose to the rank of officer. During his lifetime, Lee also received a Ph.D. in Urban Services. This went along well with his life’s work spent in this type of department.
